2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

Cancellation stops all future billing cycles.

The current active billing period is non-refundable.

After cancellation, remaining unused credits will automatically be transferred to your Lifetime Credit Wallet, which you may use at any time in the future, without expiry.

3. Credit Purchases

All credit packs and pay-as-you-go purchases are final and non-refundable.

Credits never expire and remain accessible under your account unless suspended due to policy violations.

4. Service Usage & Fair Use

To maintain service integrity:

Abuse of the platform, suspicious activity, or usage that violates our Terms may result in temporary or permanent account suspension without compensation.

We may limit or restrict access if usage poses security risks or impacts system performance.
