Subscription-Based Services: If you are dissatisfied with our subscription-based services, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new customers. You must request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase for eligibility.

One-Time Purchases: We offer a refund for one-time purchases of our email validation or list cleaning services if you request it within 30 days from the purchase date and you have not exceeded 10% credits of your purchased volume.

2. Refund Request Process

  • A description of the issue you encountered
  • The reason for your refund request

Once we receive your request, we will review it and process the refund if applicable. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method.
