Step 5: Validate Multiple Emails Manually

The List Validation tool lets you manually check up to 25 email addresses at once. It's perfect when you want to quickly verify a small set of emails without uploading a file.

SanitizeEmail automatically detects email addresses, even if they are mixed inside sentences, paragraphs, or unordered text.

When to Use This Feature

Use List Validation when you want to:

• Quickly validate a few email addresses
• Test new email submissions from forms
• Check leads before adding them to your CRM
• Validate a single email (just paste one email)

You do not need to format the text. Just paste what you have, and the system will extract the emails.

Step-by-Step Process

Step 1 - Open List Validation

Go to Verify Email > List Validation in the left menu.

Step 2 - Add Your Email List

You can add your list in two ways:

Option A - Paste Emails

Paste your email addresses directly into the input box.

• If you paste more than 25 emails, SanitizeEmail gives you two choices:

Option B - Upload a File

Upload a CSV or XLSX file containing your email list.

Step 3 - Choose Your Validation Mode

You can choose how deeply the system verifies your list.

Options include:

• Default validation (checks email deliverability)
• Advanced validation with selectable options:

Step 4 - Run Validation

Click Run Validation.

• 1 credit is used per email.
• Duplicate email addresses are automatically skipped.

Step 5 - View and Download Results

After the process finishes:

• You can review the results directly on the screen.
